4. We will provide installation instructions and shop drawings: Show location and extent of operable partitions. Include plans, elevations, sections, details, attachments to other construction, and accessories. Indicate dimensions, weights,conditions at openings, and at storage areas, and required installation, storage, and operating clearances. Indicate location and installation requirements for hardware and track, including floor tolerances required and direction of travel. Indicate blocking to be provided by others.
5. Upon request at least two experienced installers can be sent to direct the installation, commission and operation. Related visa application, round-trip transportation expenses, accommodation and food during installation and labor cost for our installation specialists will be extra calculated. A construction team of 3-5 people and related scaffolding, cranes, elevator, and other needed tools for site installation should be provided.
7. Delivered to the clients after confirmed all smooth operation, project perfect end.
FAQ:
1. How to install load-bearing beams or steel structure for support operable wall partition?
The operable partition wall is composed of a plurality of individual panels supported by an overhead track system. Due to the lack of
floor support or rail, the overhead track supports the full loading of the operable wall.
This is usually done by using pre-fabricated beams which are secured to the structure at a pre-calculated interval according to the
weight of the operable wall. The most common materials commonly used in overhead structures are steel or iron. The support steel
structure is built by others and we advise the weight of walls for reference.
2. How about installation of the acoustic operable walls?
We provide installation instructions and installation videos, so the installation is normally not included. As it's not cost effective to send
our team overseas to install. If the project is large and the customer accepts the installation fee, we can send our technician to guide
the installation.
3. What is the surface finishes?
Various finishes are available. The most popular surface treatment is melamine, laminates, wood veneer, paint and various wallpaper.
However, it is also possible to accommodate a more professional surface treatment such as sound absorption panel and perforated
board.
